In fair Verona where we lay our scene... - Week 7

Don't worry dad, I didn't find my Romeo or Juliet there. But, I did have a fun time with my roommates! We headed out early in the morning on Friday to get there. It was really weird being out of my apartment before the sun was up. It was nice seeing the streets without so many people though. Florence is always busy, not as much as it was when I first got here, but still busy. Verona was a lot quieter in comparison, still busy around historical sights like the Colosseum and Juliet's balcony. There isn't much to do in Verona but the area is lovely (hence the large amount of landscape photos).
It also served as a nice little adventure before midterms. They start tomorrow and then my fall break begins Thursday! I'm looking forward to my travels. I'll go ahead and say that my usual Sunday post will occur late because I will be traveling all day this coming Sunday. I haven't seen any family since I've been here so getting to be with some will be very nice, and the week I get back I'll have my own visitors! Basically, I've been focusing more on my break than midterms. Thankfully most of my classes will be project/simple reviews. However, I do have one test that I'm not looking forward to, and it's tomorrow. Yippee.
I apologize that this post is shorter, but I didn't do much else this week aside from my usual classes and a day trip. I also have nothing to dig into though wise, just all the material I have to study. I'm sure I'll have plenty for you guys next post.
